Homothecy

Applies an homothecy to a figure. Given a point $C$, called the center, and a real number different from zero $r$, called the ratio, a homothecy is the map $P\mapsto C+r·\overrightarrow{CP}$.

Given a point $C$, a real $r$ and a figure, applies the homothecy described by $C$ and $r$ to every point of the figure.
