regression_logarithm(Statistics_data, Statistics_data)

Given a paired data $X=\left\{\right(x_i,y_i){\}}_{i=1...n}$, finds a logarithm function of the form $y=c\ln \left(x\right)+b$ that best fits it.

Given two sample data $X=\{x_1,...,x_n\}$ and $Y=\{y_1,...,y_n\}$, finds a logarithm function of the form $y=c \ln (x) + b$ that best fits it.
