Given an expression, returns a list with the points of discontinuity, if any.

Given an expression and an identifier $t$, returns a list with the points of discontinuity of such expression when the variable is $t$, if any.

Given an expression, an identifier $t$ and two reals $a$ and $b$, returns a list with the points of discontinuity between $a$ and $b$ of such expression when the variable is $t$, if any.
