Factor in square free multiplicity

Factorizes a polynomial with square-free factors. That is, given a polynomial $p$ , a square-free factorization is a factorization into powers of square-free factors

$p = a_{1} a_{2}^{2} a_{3}^{3} \dots a_{n}^{n}$

Syntax

factor_in_square_free_multiplicity(Polynomial)

factor_in_square_free_multiplicity(Polynomial, Ring)

Description

Factorizes a polynomial $p (x)$ over $ℝ$ with square-free factors. The output is a list ${l_{1}, . . ., l_{n}}$ , where $l_{i}$ is a list with two elements: the factor $a_{i}$ and its multiplicity (unit factors are skipped).

Factorizes a polynomial $p(x)$ over a ring with square-free factors. The output is a list $\lbrace l_1, ..., l_n \rbrace$ , where $l_i$ is a list with two elements: the factor $a_i$ and its multiplicity (unit factors are skipped).
