split(String, String, Boolean)
Description
Given two strings A and B, split string A by the expression B. The output is a list with the substrings as elements.
Given two strings A and B and a boolean b, if the value of b is true, it is the same as above; if b is false, empty strings "" are omitted. The output is a list with the substrings as elements.
