Computes the power function that best fits the given data.

Syntax

regression_power(Paired_data)

regression_power(Statistics_data, Statistics_data)

Given a paired data X={(xi,yi)}i=1...n, finds a power function of the form that best fits it.

Given two sample data X={x1,...,xn} and Y={y1,...,yn}, finds a power function of the form that best fits it.
