                        Basic CalcMe guide for UOC

                        Reading time: 1min

CalcMe is a Computer Algebra System (CAS) for algebraic manipulation that allows complex mathematical calculations to be carried over in a self-contained, fast and intuitive way. CalcMe opens the exploration of the mathematical universe to you. Easily derive functions, simplify equations, factorize polynomials and much more.

Firstly, it's important to know how you can create content with CalcMe and where you can store all your work. All this information is provided in the following section.

Creating and saving a CalcMe session

                        Creating a CalcMe session

                        Online saving

Creating new CalcMe files from Google Drive

                        Offline saving

Once you're familiar with the calculator's interface, it's time to see the available mathematic instructions you can perform. You can see the corresponding information in the section below.

                        Basic mathematic instructions

                        Graphic representation of a function

Graphic representation of a set of functions

                        Limits

                        Domains

                        Derivatives

                        Integrals

Similarly, there are also several basic algebra instructions you may be interested in. The following section will show you how to use them inside CalcMe.
