Tangent points

Computes the points such that the tangent lines of a circumference at such points pass through a given point.

Syntax

tangent_points(Circumference, Point)

Description

Given a circumference and an exterior point P, there exist two points such that the tangent lines to the circumference at such points intersect at P.
