Checks if a point belongs to a figure.

Description
Given a point and a line, returns true
if the point belongs to the figure, and false
otherwise.
Given a point and a circumference, returns true
if the point belongs to the figure, and false
otherwise.
Given a point and a triangle, returns true
if the point belongs to the figure, and false
otherwise.
Given a point and a conic, returns true
if the point belongs to the figure, and false
otherwise.
Given a point and a segment, returns true
if the point belongs to the figure, and false
otherwise.
Given a point and an arc, returns true
if the point belongs to the figure, and false
